Under the comprehensive term 'Interior' we brought together a wide variety of objects made of porcelain, silver, glass, design, Antiques as well as showcase objects, in order to offer you the widest possible spectrum of this field.
For the first time, the entire Auction was carried out in parallel via video transmission on three online bidding consoles. So our audience on was able to bid digitally on Friday evening from the comfort of their own homes or flexibly while on the move.
The Auction started with Meissen-figures (lot 4-16), which were all auctioned. Lot 20, the 'Goldbronze' coffee service from the Meissen manufactory, was called at 800€ and sold after some bids for 3.250€. Lot 22, the very decorative service in the decor 'onion pattern colorful', also from Meissen, overtook this result with 5.070€.
Further went it with outstanding porcelain pieces and extensive services of world-famous manufactories and decorations. In this Auction we had the pleasure to offer you the symbiosis of the highest quality, excellent workmanship and elegant precision in the perfection of form of Rozenburg porcelain. We are very pleased to inform you that that all pieces were sold with results between 1.105-7.150€! Together with the exquisite pieces of the Dutch porcelain manufactory Rozenburg also the already announced 60 positions of the Hungarian manufactory Herend formed the absolute highlights!
Some service and Porcelain convoys from the house Herend were increased in long bidding battles with several bidders at the online consoles on the 10-fold of the limit price! Among them is the convolute of various plates in Asian decorations with a Result of 3.900€ to mention. Likewise, the well-known dinner service in 'Apponyi green' (lot 76) with a hammer price of 3.900€, as well as the dinner-, coffee- and tea service in 'Rothschild décor' (lot 79) with 5.460€.
The service in the decor 'Queen Victoria' belonged already in the run-up to the Auction to the most popular ones. So the highest Result of the Auction was given with lot 95, the extensive food service from over 160 pieces, with fabulous 10.400€!

Surprises at silver and glass
The silver and glass also held its surprises. So lot 136, a Russian silver cigar box dated on 1891, was bid from the starting price of 250€ on 1,560€. In silver cutlery we go gladly on lot 117. Dinner set for 6 persons in model 'Triangle 40' by C. Hugo Pott from Solingen, designed by Ljubisa Misic, was sold instead of the set 1.800€ for 3.640€.
After the Murano glass works, there was it lively interest in the Scandinavian glass sculpture (lot 146), which was finally sold after several bids for 1,040€ and a perfect transition to the subsequent category of design.
Design classics still in high demand
The design classics already announced a high response. The written pre-bids of the daybed of the design icon Eileen Gray could withstand not and were outbid online with 2,080€. The two Eames Chairs, each with Ottoman, were sold for 3,380€ and 3,640€.
In the field of Antiques are particularly noteworthy an Art Nouveau table lamps, the lamp 'Le verre francais', which was called with 700€ and in a bidding war on 4.290€ was bid up! The marquetry serving table, signed in marquetry by Emile Gallé, was bought for 1.430€ and will soon be transported to the USA.
