Viewing, bidding, paying, picking up or shipping
Below you will find important information on the processes before, during and after our face-to-face and online auctions.
1 Pre-inspection
In the week before the Auction can you can visit all the objects of the upcoming Auction . We strongly advise you to participate in the preview, to get a personal impression of the condition of the objects.
2 Condition Reports & Warranty
Every remote bidder is advised to request a condition report. You can to each object of the Auction by email or messenger a detailed condition report including high-resolution digital photos request. We guarantee the authenticity and the described condition of the auctioned objects.
3 Limit Prices, Call Out & Increase
The prices published by us it are limit prices and not are estimated prices. By written pre-bids the exclamation can be around a multiple of the limit price. The increase is usually in 10% steps and can be determined by the auctioneer.
4 Premium, Value Added Tax & Resale Right
Our buyer's premium (gross, incl. VAT) is 30% of the hammer price. on Properties marked with (F) are subject to a buyer's premium of 2% of the hammer price.
5 Payment
Payment is made after the Auction by bank transfer, Stripe, EC card or cash up to a total amount of € 9,999. If you wish another payment method, please contact us. Auctioned objects will be handed over to the buyer only after full payment.
6 Collection & Shipping
You can to pick up the items you bought at auction after the Auction (only passport auctions) or from the following Tuesday with a two-week period during our business hours from 12.00 to 18.00 watch . To avoid waiting times, please make an appointment.
