Professor for Entrepreneurship & Business Ethics

Prof. Dr. Stefan Heinemann is Professor for Business Ethics at the FOM University of Applied Sciences as well as spokesperson of the Ethics Ellipse Smart Hospital at the University Medical Center Essen and focuses on the economic and ethical perspective on digital medicine and health economy.

He is Scientific Director of the Capital Congress Lab (SpingerMedicine), Head of the Research Group "Ethics of Digital Health Economy & Medicine" at the ifgs Institute for Health & Social Affairs of the FOM University of Applied Sciences, member of the "AG AI in Internal Medicine" in the commission "Digital Transformation in Internal Medicine" of the DGIM Deutsche Gesellschaft for Innere Medizin e. V. as well as expert advisor in various research and educational institutions.

In addition, the philosopher and theologian is a member of the scientific advisory board "Digital Transformation" of the AOK Nordost, a member of the advisory board of the Institute for PatientExperience of the University Medicine Essen, a member of the social and health policy advisory board of the BARMER regional representation North Rhine-Westphalia and member of the innovation circle blood donation of the DRK Blood Donation Service West.

In addition, he is on the board of the Cologne Science Round, chairman of the board of the "Science City Essen" and member of the board of trustees of sneep e. V., a student network for Wirtschafts- and Unternehmensethik.

Beate Reese studied art history, modern history and sociology at the Ruhr-University Bochum with Max Imdahl, Werner Busch and Reinhart Schleier, with whom she also submitted her doctorate on the topic of melancholy in the painting of the New Objectivity. She began her museum career as a volunteer at the Osthaus Museum in Hagen. In 1995 she became deputy director and curator of the Städtische Galerie in Würzburg. In 2009, Reese was appointed director of the Kunstmuseum Mülheim at Ruhr .

The exhibition theme with art of the 20th century, contemporary art and the care of two collections in Würzburg Reese continues to this day in Mülheim . She began to work specifically with the collection holdings of the house. Exhibitions with Pablo Picasso , Otto Pankok, Werner Gilles, etc.

Jan V. Sabin studied law in Marburg and Bochum . After passing the first state law examination, he completed a postgraduate course in business law and and tax law (Magister Legum, LL.M.). During his legal clerkship, he worked for three months in the legal department of an American company in Philadelphia, USA. After completing his second state law examination, he started as a trainee at a private bank in Essen and where, in addition to advising on foundation and succession issues, he assisted in setting up a family office.

Since 2008 Jan V. Sabin is admitted to the bar and advises clients on the above-mentioned key issues. In 2011 he successfully completed the theoretical part of acquiring the title of specialist attorney in commercial and corporate law. Until the establishment of the law firm, he was employed as a salary partner at TIGGES Attorneys at Law in Düsseldorf . Since 2015 he has been a partner in the law firm SABIN HAMPEL.
